* Partner closely with the Sr. Site Operations Manager to manage intake, backlog grooming, prioritization and roadmap alignment across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Participate in sprint and larger development project management, including planning, refinement, solutioning sessions, demos and retrospectives to ensure business intent is understood and reflected in delivered work
* Ensure sprint and larger project work is delivered on time and accurate
* Coordinate QA, UAT and launch readiness activities, ensuring releases meet business expectations and are prepared for production deployment
* Track sprint outcomes, release performance and delivery metrics, connecting completed work back to business goals and KPIs
* Identify and clearly communicate risks, dependencies and blockers across teams and vendors; proactively drive alignment and resolution to keep work moving forward
* Maintain clear, organized documentation of scope, timelines, decisions, risks and delivery status to support transparency and accountability
* Support continuous improvement efforts by refining workflows, documentation standards, intake processes and agency collaboration models
* Act as a trusted partner and advocate for both business stakeholders and the development team, balancing speed, quality and impact

* Clear, structured, requirements discovery and documentation
* Effective prioritization, tradeoff assessment and decision-making
