UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Client Service Specialist in Morrisville, NC. We’re looking for an Director, Client Service Specialist to:

- Ensure that post initial implementation and new regulatory requirements are embedded into company “business as usual” (BAU) processes.

- Lead the team in implementing regulatory adherence initiatives and due diligence tasks associated with client relationships.

- Design project roadmap and create front to back workflows by leveraging internal and external databases, industry wide used platforms, and applications.

- Drive daily goals and escalate any obstacles, executing the strategy in-line with defined framework; lead requirement gathering for large-scale regulatory outreach matters.

- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the bank to ratify project goals and milestones; maintain data to ensure accuracy throughout the project life cycle.

- Define, implement and monitor risk and control framework required to mitigate risk and prevent non-compliant trading with clients; identify and action opportunities to improve existing processes and controls.

- Engage with senior executive level stakeholders while providing them with transparency via creating and publishing Tableau dashboards; contribute to the development and implementation of educational content and group strategic initiatives.

- Conduct User Acceptance Test testing to assess the usability of the newly developed applications, identify potential bugs, and recommend improvements. Report testing outcomes to management for tracking progress. This role can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Education & Experience Requirement

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Compliance Officer, Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Project Officer, or a related occupation.

Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)

Employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a Compliance Officer, Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Project Officer, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• Making regulatory project decisions;
  Client onboarding and regulatory experience;
  Change Management;
  Leading regulatory projects from front to back;
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders and translating regulatory project requirements from business and technical perspective;
• Project Management in the financial industry;
  Leading meetings/calls with different levels of senior stakeholders;
• Making presentations to senior-level stakeholders;
  Working with cross-functional teams within a bank and third-party vendors.
