Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) (Subject Matter Expert I) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as State of North Carolina (NCDPC) | North Carolina Department of Administration – Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C) Generally Located In OCONUS - Goldsboro, NC 27530 and across the CONUS - Southeastern United States (USA) Region.

The Pro Sidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Subject Matter Expert I Applies foundational subject matter expertise to assist with procurement and IT advisory tasks, providing analysis and technical recommendations.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of progressive experience
• Must have the ability to analyze project requirements and develop strategic solutions and plans to meet agency’s needs.
• Able to provide highly technical and specialized guidance concerning solutions to complex problems.
• Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe). Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.

• Project Management certification
• Master’s Degree or higher
