Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC
, for a Web & Social Media Coordinator who is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You will manage and optimize the company’s website and social media presence, ensuring consistent branding, clear messaging, and engaging content across all channels.

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Consultant / Founder to build and maintain the website, grow social media visibility, and support light business operations such as lead follow-ups and coordination. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance and analytics, engaging with the online community, and collaborating on content and marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.

, can move easily between technical and creative work, and is eager to grow alongside the business while contributing meaningfully to its early momentum.

Job Description Web & Digital Presence
  • Build, maintain, and update the company website using Webflow and/or Framer
  • Make content updates, layout changes, and basic UI improvements
  • Support domain management, hosting, and Google Workspace integrations
  • Manage basic Git Hub workflows for site or content updates, as needed
Social Media & Content
  • Set up and manage social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, and others as needed)
  • Create, format, schedule, and publish content while maintaining brand consistency
  • Monitor engagement, track analytics, and suggest improvements to content strategy
Business & Operations Support
  • Assist the senior consultant with light business development follow-ups (email, scheduling, CRM updates)
  • Organize contacts, inbound inquiries, and lead tracking
  • Take on other reasonable startup-related tasks aligned with skills and capacity
Basic Qualifications (Must Have)
  • Experience with Webflow and/or Framer
  • Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML/CSS)
  • Familiarity with Git Hub for version control or content management
  • Experience working with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Forms)
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Strong skills in media planning, media strategy, and research
  • Background in marketing, communications, or digital media
  • Experience managing social media platforms and web content
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor engagement and improve performance
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Creative thinker who can adapt content for different audiences
