The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional Principal Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Engineer/ Solution Architect to help our CRM engineering team with discovery, solution design, and lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions — including CPQ, RLM, Billing, and integrations — across our enterprise

This is a high-impact, visible role that plays a critical part in our digital transformation journey. You will help streamline revenue operations, improve sales effectiveness, and enable scalable business growth across the organization.
Responsibilities- Providing design input across a product.
- Acting as an acknowledged “go to” person on coding and technical issues for internal and external contacts.
- Interfacing with other personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
- Completing complex bug fixes and resolving technical issues.
- Designing and working with complex data models.
- Mentoring lead software developers interested in consultancy in development methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Have a BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years Salesforce experience, specifically with Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RLM).
- Able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, able to delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, declarative tools, and Salesforce configuration.
- Proven solution architecture skills across order-to-cash and quote-to-revenue processes.
- Experienced with Dev Ops/CI-CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, Git Hub, Bitbucket).
- Strong experience with ERP, billing, and fulfillment system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Exceptional understanding of data modelling principles, data manipulation languages and storage systems.
- Experience partnering with and leading internal and external technology resources to solve business needs.
- Excellent knowledge of test-driven development and maintenance, including techniques for applying best practices.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
