Functional Area
Professional - Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) Position; however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) (Analyst II) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as State of North Carolina (NCDPC) | North Carolina Department of Administration Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C) Generally Located In OCONUS - Goldsboro, NC 27530 and across the CONUS - southeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).
Seeking Analyst II candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as NCDPC.
The Pro Sidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Analyst II Performs intermediate analysis on procurement workflows and IT system performance to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
QualificationsDesired Qualifications For Analyst II | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Candidates:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in developing and applying analytic methodologies.
- Ability to lead the application of analytic techniques and assist in defining the project objectives, methodologies, and principles.
- Perform a wide variety of analytical tasks with the continuous improvement of processes, personnel, organization, system, or training.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
