What you will be doing at Evalueserve
  • Drive growth of our Insights and Advisory solutions in the technology and telecom sector by working closely with clients across the entire sales and delivery cycle.
  • Build and nurture relationships at the executive level, identifying opportunities and taking them from initial conversation to closed deal and beyond.
  • Engage target clients in our core solutions—Research, Insights, and Advisory services—and expand their adoption across business areas.
  • Generate new business opportunities while also building a portfolio of recurring client relationships.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of Evalueserve’s value proposition and apply it to address client needs, moving opportunities further through the funnel.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quota and KPIs while helping shape best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally, sharing successes and ideating on innovative approaches.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to maintain visibility and accountability.
  • Stay actively engaged in projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Travel to meet with clients as needed (up to 40–50%).
What we’re looking for
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or consulting, with a proven ability to deliver solutions for technology and telecom clients.
  • Prior experience in selling consulting, research, and insights projects into technology companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in solution selling into the tech sector, with knowledge of how technology companies make decisions across product, marketing, and strategy.
  • Understanding of competitive intelligence, pricing, and market dynamics in the tech industry will be a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and the ability to position these effectively with clients.
  • A track record of creating and selling innovative, programmatic services to address complex business challenges.
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets while building strong pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, oral, and interpersonal—able to articulate crisply and adapt style to the audience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Experience developing and managing a $1M+ sales pipeline.
  • High attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
  • Integrity, resilience, and a motivation to succeed—even in the face of challenges.
