Overview
Coordinate and delegate the day-to-day functions and assignments of the Service Now Team, providing technical leadership in the platform. Responsible for overseeing the planning, designing, supporting, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining the Service Now environment. Works closely with business and IS teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for Service Now configuration, implementation, and support, translating business requirements into Service Now features.
This includes deploying new releases and/or enhancements, performing systems testing, maintaining and supporting operational functions, monitoring usage, and performing daily administrative tasks. Will provide employee training sessions.
