As a Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Iron Clad workflows, managing user roles and permissions, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data integrity and security. You will also be involved in integration automation, user support and training, reporting and analytics, governance and compliance.

• Configure and maintain Iron Clad workflows, templates, and approval processes
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Implement and maintain integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise tools
• Automate contract processes to improve efficiency and compliance
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide Tier-2 support for Iron Clad-related issues
• Generate dashboards and reports for contract status, cycle times, and compliance metrics
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and data privacy regulations
• Participate in audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years of experience in system administration or contract management platforms (Iron Clad experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
