• Strong automation, scripting, and packaging skills for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution.
• Must have experience authoring scripts using Power Shell 5 and batch.
• Must have experience performing remote deployments and integration of Windows 10 or 11 systems in a distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems.
• Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM (Configuration Manager).
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and secure protocols.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft’s Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop clear and concise documentation.
• Working knowledge of Tanium is desirable (not required).

• Develop and test automated scripts and processes for software deployment and data gathering.
• Deployments to distributed systems.
• Maintain infrastructure with latest updates and patching.
• Research, design, and recommend solutions to meet requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Develop and document processes and procedures.

• A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years’ relevant experience.
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required.
