Functional Area

Professional - Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) Position.

Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) (Subject Matter Expert II) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as State of North Carolina (NCDPC) | North Carolina Department of Administration – Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C).

The Pro Sidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Subject Matter Expert II Delivers specialized technical knowledge and consultation on procurement policies, IT systems, and best practices to support program planning and execution.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience and possess extensive knowledge when advising on large and high complex project/programs.
• Must have the ability to analyze project requirements and develop strategic solutions and plans to meet agency’s needs.
• Able to provide highly technical and specialized guidance concerning solutions to complex problems.
• Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions.

Skills Required

• Project Management certification
• Master’s Degree or higher

Competencies Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
