** About the Role**:
** Experience*
* · 5+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or data engineering (NLP/LLM experience strongly preferred).
· 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring data scientists or engineers, with a proven record of successful project delivery.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience with NLP tools and methods
· Advanced programming and modeling proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
· Experience building scalable ML pipelines and moving solutions from research to production environments.
· Familiarity with cloud and containerized environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Docker.
· Working knowledge of model monitoring and observability tools.
· Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical concepts and business outcomes.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a strategic, analytical mindset.
· Education·       Familiarity with search, summarization, document understanding, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
· Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks, model governance, and fairness evaluation.
