AI Engineer

Infosys Limited is seeking Senior Analyst – Data Science
. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology‑specific best practices and standards. You will provide inputs for identifying best‑fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop application designs, and provide regular support and guidance to project teams on complex coding and issue resolution with the objective of ensuring best‑fit, high‑quality technical solutions in compliance with Infosys guidelines, policies and norms.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC and willing to relocate if needed.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in AI, data engineering, creating data pipelines and processing large volumes of data.
• At least 1 year of experience in Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), Data Science and Data Engineering with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable AI and Data Science solutions capable of handling large‑scale, distributed data and compute workloads across hybrid and cloud‑native environments (OCI).
• Experience in hyperparameter tuning and performance optimization for AI/ML and Generative AI models to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Full‑stack development experience in Python or Java, or .Net or React, Node.js, Flask/Django, REST APIs, Terraform automation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, or PyTorch, NLP.

The position requires sitting at a computer for extended periods. Communication may be by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
