I'm working with an American data analytics company, looking to add a Program Manager to support their external facing product!

Contract Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $55-65/hr

• Lead program management activities including roadmap development, budgeting, and execution planning to move initiatives from point A to point
  
  B.
• Report progress and updates to senior leadership through executive summaries, presentations, and clear usage estimations.
• Drive accountability by monitoring program health, chasing down risks/issues, and escalating when needed.
• Own, broker, and facilitate processes to ensure consistency across programs while remaining flexible to business needs.
• Gather and synthesize information across teams, create actionable plans, and present findings to stakeholders.

• 8–10 years of program/project management experience within IT industries.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar.
• Experience with Confluence or similar.
• Proven experience managing budgets and large-scale initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to read people, build trust, and follow up effectively.
• Experience creating executive-level deliverables (summaries, reports, presentations).
• PMP or similar certification preferred, but not required.
• AI/GenAI experience a plus, but not required.
