Infosys is seeking an ETL Test Lead to act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also design an optimal test environment to simulate real‑time scenarios. • Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead test execution.
• Design an optimal test environment to simulate real‑time scenarios.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for data movement, transformation, and integrity across systems.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
• Validate complex data transformations, aggregations, and business logic across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, developers, and business analysts.
• Document test results, prepare reports, and track defects to closure.
• Act as a bridge between product, IT, and business teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent. Three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of QA testing experience.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.

• 4+ years of experience in ETL and DWH projects.
• Strong experience with Spark and Databricks.
• Experience in Azure cloud and Azure Dev Ops.
• Develop automation frameworks and scripts for ETL automation (Python preferred).
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to verify data movement, transformation and integrity across systems.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
• Validate complex data transformations, aggregations, and business logic across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, developers, business analysts to ensure end‑to‑end test coverage.
• Document test results, prepare reports and track defects to closure.
• Familiarity with Great Expectations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile (stand‑ups, grooming, planning, retrospectives) using Azure Dev Ops.
• Understanding of test management process and SDLC/STLC.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to work in a team and with clients.
• At least 4 years of experience on automation testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting.
