The Imaging Service Engineer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining MR and CT diagnostic equipment. This role includes inspecting and testing components, performing system adjustments, documenting all service activities, and ensuring equipment meets performance, safety, and compliance standards.

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on MR and CT imaging equipment
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and parts inventory
• Stay current with industry standards, OEM updates, and technology advancements
• Identify and implement cost‑effective maintenance solutions
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and provide excellent customer support
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience servicing advanced diagnostic imaging equipment
• Hands‑on MR and/or CT experience (both strongly preferred)
• Formal training in imaging modalities
• OEM training on GE or Siemens preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and follow detailed technical procedures
• Proficiency with computers, service software, and documentation systems

• Associate degree in Medical Electronics, Electronic Technology, Imaging Service Technology, or a related field
• OR equivalent military technical training
