The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced self-starter to work on our IT team as an IT Support Technician reporting to our Senior Manager, End-User Computer. As an IT Support Technician, the position will be responsible for providing friendly and prompt technical support to Curi team members and guests. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity for those new to the IT industry.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, End-User Computer, the IT Support Technician will be the first point of contact for Curi users requiring technical assistance, covering a wide range of IT questions, support, and end‑user training.

Key Result Areas
  • Respond and resolve user technical issues via chat, email, or phone
  • Help with documentation of new and existing policies/procedures
  • Collaborate with others who may have varying skillsets to complete assigned work on time
  • Easily adapt to changes based on organizational priority
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair operating system, software application, hardware, and related equipment
  • Create, maintain, and deploy laptop images
  • Test new technology
  • MacOS experience

Education and Experience
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role required
  • Available to occasionally work on‑call / after hours (rotating schedule)
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to the Raleigh office
  • Associate’s degree with an IT focus or completion of a Trade School program preferred
  • CompTIA A+ preferred
  • Microsoft certification or equivalent preferred
  • Apple Certified Support Professional preferred

The base salary will be commensurate with an individual's work experience and educational background.

US Pay Range

$19.25 - $22.60 USD
