Hybrid - Raleigh, NC
The RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced self-starter to work on our IT team as an IT Support Technician reporting to our Senior Manager, End-User Computer. As an IT Support Technician, the position will be responsible for providing friendly and prompt technical support to Curi team members and guests. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity for those new to the IT industry.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, End-User Computer, the IT Support Technician will be the first point of contact for Curi users requiring technical assistance, covering a wide range of IT questions, support, and end‑user training.
- Respond and resolve user technical issues via chat, email, or phone
- Help with documentation of new and existing policies/procedures
- Collaborate with others who may have varying skillsets to complete assigned work on time
- Easily adapt to changes based on organizational priority
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair operating system, software application, hardware, and related equipment
- Create, maintain, and deploy laptop images
- Test new technology
- MacOS experience
- Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious mindset. Continuous learner and adaptor to new technologies
- Service heart and willingness to go the extra mile to assist employees with technical issues
- Collaborative mindset. Willingness to help teammates, jump in and fill in for one another
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role required
- Available to occasionally work on‑call / after hours (rotating schedule)
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Raleigh office
- Associate’s degree with an IT focus or completion of a Trade School program preferred
- CompTIA A+ preferred
- Microsoft certification or equivalent preferred
- Apple Certified Support Professional preferred
The base salary will be commensurate with an individual's work experience and educational background.
US Pay Range$19.25 - $22.60 USD
