* Job Description:

** insightsoftware is looking for an experienced Accounting Operations Analyst to be a key member of the Accounting team for this fast-growing financial technology company based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports supporting the Source-to-Pay process, including procurement, vendor management, accounts payable, and spend analytics metrics  
• Support S2P initiatives supporting data governance, process transformation, and strategic planning  
• Monitor and analyze key S2P performance indicators such as procurement cycle time, payment terms compliance, supplier performance, spend under management, and purchase order accuracy  
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Finance, and cross-functional business teams to understand business requirements, data needs, and deliver solutions that meet them  
• Develop communication plans to support S2P system and process changes  
• Train end users and document revised S2P processes resulting from improvements  
• Support acquisition integration efforts related to procurement systems, vendor onboarding processes, and spend data consolidation
** Qualifications*
* • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, order to cash, or related field  
• 8+ years of accounting experience  
• 6+ years data analysis and visualization principles  
• Proficiency in PowerBI  
• Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel experience  
• Project management experience including systems implementation  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively  
• Self-starter who can take on responsibility with little oversight  
• Experience with Net Suite, Coupa, and Navan preferred
