Note:
We need candidates who are currently working as Finance Lead in Support projects and should be well versed with support activities.
- 10-12 years of SAP S/4 FICO experience
- Experience leading an SAP Finance track
- End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
- Experience with in ITIL environments and well versed with AMS projects.
- Experience working in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required.
