About the Role

Re Fi Buy  is looking for a GEO Strategist. The GEO Strategist will be responsible for monitoring external and developing internal best practices for retailers, brands, and agencies that sell online to ensure their products are visible and correctly displayed on GenAI search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, xAI/Grok, and Copilot. You will work closely with clients to analyze their GEO position and develop plans to enhance their product visibility.

The primary focus will be GEO at a product catalog level within the ecommerce sector.

Required Experience:

• SEO skills (>3 years), with concepts and skills transferable to GEO.
• Familiarity with top AI engines and tools (1-2 years).
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of robots.txt, llms.txt.
• Understanding of MCP.
• Knowledge of agentic systems.
• Experience with GEO, AI LLM-powered tools, APIs, and AI-influenced search behavior.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
