As a Risk Management Analyst at YPrime, you’ll work at the intersection of analytics, AI, and risk management in a highly regulated, high-impact environment. This role offers the opportunity to apply quantitative thinking and technical skills to real-world challenges. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in ensuring our AI-driven solutions are reliable and compliant.

Here's what we need from you:

• Strong foundation in probability theory, statistical analysis, and quantitative risk assessment.
• Working knowledge of machine learning concepts with hands-on experience using Python and SQL; familiarity with model interpretability tools such as SHAP or LIME.
• Ability to identify model limitations, potential failure modes, bias, and ethical risks in AI-driven systems.
• Experience building predictive models, dashboards, and automated reporting or monitoring workflows.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 23894), and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, a related quantitative field, or an equivalent level of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, quantitative modeling, data analytics, or AI/ML implementation - preferably in regulated or high-stakes environments.

• Analyze AI agent and model outputs using probability models and statistical techniques to assess operational, compliance, and strategic risks.
• Translate predictive analytics and performance metrics into actionable insights, including leading indicators and early-warning signals for stakeholders.
• Partner with technical and business teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies for AI-related risks.
• Support ongoing AI risk governance activities, including model validation, performance monitoring, data drift detection, and incident response.
• Ensure AI systems align with internal policies and external requirements related to data privacy, fairness, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare clear reports and visualizations that communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
• Design and maintain dashboards and automated alerts to enable continuous monitoring of AI-related risk.
