Responsibilities
  • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Big Fix environment; monitor endpoint compliance and execute remediation tasks using Big Fix
  • Develop and manage Ansible playbooks for automation tasks; collaborate with team members to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions
  • Support operations for Red Hat Satellite to manage Linux systems; learn to automate lifecycle tasks and provisioning with Satellite
  • Help manage and deploy software, patches, and updates to Windows environments via MECM; maintain and troubleshoot configurations to ensure system efficiency
  • Engage with tools like VRA to define and provision IT infrastructure; develop skills in using Infrastructure as Code to automate and optimize resource management
  • Write and maintain scripts using Power Shell and bash for automation tasks; collaborate with senior team members to enhance existing scripts and develop new automation solutions
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of recent experience with familiarity in systems management, and automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, or related field is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required
  • Basic scripting skills in Power Shell and bash; understanding of operating system administration for Windows and Linux
  • Solid problem solving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork and ability to build successful and productive relationships with peers
  • Exposure to certificate management and automation practices is preferred;
    Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts is preferred
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
