Responsible for automating, testing, and maintaining the installation & build process for middleware components of the Web Environment for a commercial Account

• Activities include but are not limited to:
• Provide 24/7 support for MS IIS issues in a complex commercial account environment
• Create and manage incoming problem tickets related to MS IIS
• Create and implement change tickets for IIS and other middleware products
• Knowledge of various industry Web Servers (IHS, Sun One, Apache)
• Strong Server and network component problem determination skills
• Excellent Team work/communication skills
• Ability to determine true RCA and recommend permanent solutions
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrate leadership skills during troubleshooting
• Strong Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Strong knowledge of web server platforms with a minimum of 5 years industry based experience
