About the Job
User Support Analyst II (Onsite). This is a one‑year contract. The role is a second‑level resource with specialized knowledge in touch‑maintenance, desktop setup, networking, and troubleshooting. The Analyst manages customer expectations while providing strong technical support in Windows and Office 365 environments. Responsibilities include conveying technical concepts, identifying improvements to project standards, delivering support for industry‑specific applications that integrate with statewide systems, and interacting with executive‑level business users and technical experts.
Experience& Qualifications
- Resolve routine and non‑routine hardware, standard software, and local application problems – 3 years
- Adhere to state security standards to protect PCs and the network environment – 3 years
- Image devices in accordance with DEQ and DIT policies – 3 years
- Provide accurate information to users on IT products and services – 3 years
- Assist with day‑to‑day IT operations including administrative procedures, asset management, and inventory controls – 3 years
- Communicate with other technical resources (Tier II/III, peers, vendor support) – 3 years
- Work on‑site with customers – 3 years
