Job Description

Our UX Researchers are a vital part of the design process  part of our global UX team, they ensure our products are user‑focused from the beginning through collaboration with product managers, technology leaders and UX designers on research strategy, determining the best study methodologies, and working directly with customers to gather feedback and insights. We’re currently seeking a mid‑level researcher to work with a senior researcher on our core products.

Responsibilities

Include
  • Plan studies and conduct research studies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
  • Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
  • Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
  • Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
  • Works with designers to iterate and test solutions.
  • Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
  • Recruits participants for studies.
Required
  • Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
  • Ability to lead small to medium projects independently.
  • Experience with a survey tool such as  or Qualtrics.
  • Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Suggested years of experience: 2‑4 years
  • Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography or other relevant subject area.
  • Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research.
  • Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework.
  • Understanding of the U.S. legal system.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
