Experience Required
8 to 10 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitation:
Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). - Coaching:
Mentor team and Product Owner on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self‑organization. - Impediment Removal:
Identify and resolve blockers impacting team progress. - Process Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption within the team. - Communication:
Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders to ensure transparency. - Shielding:
Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions. - Backlog Support:
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Banking domain knowledge is a plus.
