Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Technician to join their team in Raleigh, NC and provide end‑user support. This position will require overnight travel from Sunday to Thursday. Onsite at client location during normal business hours with travel overnight inserir OT may be required. Requires a valid state driver’s license (Real ), clean MVR, and a reliable vehicle.

• Project focus on upgrading advanced commercial printers at retail locations.
• Replace printer parts: paper feed, power supply, print head肥 替改, toner drum, transfer belt, image unit.
• Perform complex upgrades and troubleshooting ಈಗ printers, servers, hard drives,-new monitor systems.
• Provide on‑site technical support to internal or external customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issues on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Install and remove equipment and systems as required.
• Responsible for day‑to‑day operation of Emma applications and equipment and serve as a customer contact on technical and service‑related problems.
• Ensure that all schedules, transmission, online systems, and problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution and change management processes.
• Determine the most cost‑effective repair or resolution to minimize customer downtime.

• Minimum 2 to 3+ years of field service experience, specifically in commercial printers.
• Ability to travel extensively via plane and/or car.
• Commercial/large printer experience;
  Lexmark printer certification preferable.
• Experience working on commercial printers and possess an electronics or mechanical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, databases, and network security concepts and tools.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including Outlook.
• Multi‑platform Windows OS experience required.
• Knowledge of Rufus, Windows Server imaging, photo printing, system connectivity, and Windows configuration.
• Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
• Strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated capability to achieve results in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.

The rate for this position is between $18.76 and $27.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting exercice may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
