Job Description SummarySupports global business outcome improvement efforts for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) module design, related business processes, master and transactional data governance requirements, IBP configuration, and IBP business process execution support. Demonstrates a culture of continuous improvement within the SAP support team and business user community.
Primary Responsibilities- Identify and lead business outcome improvement initiatives (data flow and governance, business process execution and automation).
- Identify and lead business performance optimization efforts through evaluation and review of current processes, data flow, and requirements.
- Drive data analysis to support decision making and prioritize team efforts.
- Co‑lead improvement strategies and identify change management implications.
- Lead data migration or update requirements and activities.
- Define detailed requirements for implementation stages and stakeholder needs.
- Provide input for end‑user training documentation, business process procedures, and support delivery of new or changed system designs.
- Write functional specifications and complete IBP configuration, FUT, UAT, and partner with technical teams following SDLC SOPs.
- Troubleshoot data issues and integration with RIT and CIDS.
- Analyze and monitor implemented changes and adjust as needed.
- Guide stakeholders to perform tasks according to established standards and templates.
- Present progress reports and offer solutions to address feedback or schedule risks.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- ITAR/EAR compliant; U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with English as primary language.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and related planning systems (APO, ePPDS, EDI, RTI, CIDS).
- Understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and metrics.
- Knowledge of APO and legacy systems.
- Demonstrated leadership of Integrated Business Planning and SAP S/4 planning module implementations or enterprise‑wide redesign.
- Effective time‑management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Data modeling and management expertise.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, including proficiency in Excel pivot tables and data visualization.
- Experience with analytics databases and dashboards.
- Availability for a hybrid schedule in Raleigh, NC;
Reading, PA; or Latrobe, PA. - Travel within the U.S. a few times per year.
