Technical Support Specialist I – Relay
Relay is a cloud‑based technology platform that helps frontline teams improve communications, increase employee safety, and boost productivity. We’re hiring to support our customers by providing critical assistance via phone, email, and video, ensuring partners maximize the value of Relay products.
Schedule:
10:00 am – 7:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 12:00 am EST. Hybrid work: 3 days a week in the office (Mon, Wed, Fri); onboarding requires 5 days a week for 9–12 weeks.
- Provide high‑touch support across multiple channels while keeping our CRM and ticketing systems meticulously documented.
- Act as a bridge between customers and our Product & Engineering teams to solve complex issues.
- Stay ahead of new product developments and technical advancements to serve as a subject‑matter expert.
- Prioritize customer education and experience to ensure every interaction adds long‑term value.
- Participate in a support on‑call rotation every two months and travel domestically to customers (
