A staffing and consulting company is seeking an O&M Reports Developer in Raleigh, NC for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming large scale web-based distributed systems and must be proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Utilities. Strong communication skills and effective relationship management with users are essential. The position requires 7 years of relevant experience, particularly in SQL scripting, relational database modeling, and using ETL tools.

Prior exposure to State government projects is a plus.
