OverviewThis is a remote role eligible for the following locations: CT, DE, IA, IN, KS, KY, NC, NH, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, WV, WI, AZ, FL, GA, MI, MO, TN, TX.
This position joins the Consumer Loan Origination Systems team that supports over 600 branches. The role contributes to application development by defining technical requirements, partnering with business stakeholders, and configuring and implementing software changes.
Responsibilities- System Testing – validate that developed software meets acceptance criteria and con‑forms to expected functionality.
- Data Analysis – source, compile, and interpret data; analyze for accuracy and efficiencies; communicate analysis findings.
- System Support – provide daily technical support; respond to inquiries, ensure processes run smoothly, and continuously improve end‑user experience. Assist in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
- Identifying Requirements – determine system requirements and communicate them through specifications, reports, project plans, or other documentation. Monitor and analyze for compliance.
- Reporting – produce reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing; assist in identifying potential issues or improvement areas.
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban)
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated experience writing business and/or technical requirements, especially in Agile and user‑story formats
- Experience configuring and maintaining software applications
- Experience/exposure with SQL, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience testing developed/deployed software
- Familiarity with Consumer Lending or other Lending platforms
- Demonstrated sense of personal agency and proactivity – searching for problems to fix rather than waiting to be handed them
