WhatYou Will Do Responsibilities
- Manage cloud infrastructure, including computing, storage, network and security.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Help customers set up infrastructure to allow streaming data to our platform.
- Ensure overall system uptime, scalability, reliability and security.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.
- Document operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
- Solve problems independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.
- Track record of building and managing secure, scalable, cloud‑based services in Azure, AWS, or GCP; experience packaging SaaS products for private clouds is a plus.
- Experience with encrypting data at rest and in transit.
- Experience scaling applications during sudden traffic bursts.
- Passion for observability and automation; ability to automate to serve new customers faster.
- Proven experience with scaling applications in Kubernetes.
- Experience creating and managing Kubernetes clusters, using tools such as Helm and Terraform.
- Strong networking and Linux knowledge, including troubleshooting skills.
- Understand microservice architecture and distributed system design.
- Experience building or maintaining self‑managed monitoring solutions with tools like Grafana.
- Proficiency with Python.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Dev Ops, cloud engineering, or system administration.
