OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) Instructor/Trainer II in the Government and Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Management and Operations solutions for clients such as the State of North Carolina (NCDPC). Generally located in OCONUS – Raleigh, North Carolina and across the CONUS – southeastern United States region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Design and deliver advanced training programs on procurement systems, IT tools, and regulatory compliance for stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate and provide instruction in an academic environment, delivering applied training in specific curriculum areas.
  • Coordinate and monitor presentations for missions, exercises, and experiments.
  • Serve as a technical element or contract W‑2 procurement assistance and IT research professional for GOV‑Public services sector clients.
  • Support program and project management activities related to contract management, procurement, and IT research.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree and at least five (5) years of experience in instruction or operational experience.
  • Experience delivering platform instruction and applied training in technical or classroom environments.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems, IT tools, and regulatory compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Prior experience in government or public‑services sector beneficial.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate’s degree and five (5) years of teaching, instruction, or operational experience OR nine (9) years of teaching, instruction, or operational experience with a high school.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Project‑management methodology knowledge and tool proficiency.
