Implementation Coordinator; MarTech

Liine is a fast-growing software startup based in downtown Raleigh, NC. Our AI-powered call tracking, marketing analytics and ad optimization platform helps specialty healthcare and dental practices convert more new patient inquiries into appointments. With over $8M in ARR and a 5-star Glassdoor rating, we are on our way to making Liine a core component of every healthcare practice's technology stack.

This role is at the forefront of Liine’s post-sale operations. The core responsibility is to drive the implementation of Liine’s software – ensuring our AI is capturing all data needed to power complex ad optimization and workflow. The Implementation Success Manager requires a rare mix of strategic thinking, marketing tech knowledge, excellent communication, and surgical execution.

Unlike similar teams at other companies, Liine’s implementation organization is a key revenue driver. This role will contribute to the systems and processes that fuel Liine’s ability to scale.

• Drive the implementation of Liine’s software, ensuring we capture all data required to run Liine's platform
• Work with customers and their 3rd party vendors on implementation requirements such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, GTM, phone system and other website integrations
• Design workflows that simplify and improve customers' patient acquisition process
• Work with the Customer Success and Sales teams to make sure the setup of the account addresses the need states of the customer
• Document and update customer setups inside of Salesforce
• Educate customers on how Liine's technical components work together
• Monitor recent implementations and advise support on post go-live adjustments

Experience:

1 to 6 years of experience in project management, consulting, implementation, paid media, digital marketing, marketing tech, technical support, customer success, technical account management or technical sales.
