HRIS Analyst; Dayforce

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a HR Report Developer to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. This role is ideal for a data-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about transforming HR data into actionable insights.

$42.00/hr - $48.00/hr

• 4+ years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or data analysis (public sector experience a plus).
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience implementing Dayforce
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Design & Maintain Reports
  :
  Build and manage custom reports and dashboards in Dayforce HCM (or similar platforms like Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM).
• Data Analysis
  :
  Use SQL to query, validate, and ensure the accuracy of recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Translate Needs into Solutions
  :
  Work closely with stakeholders to turn functional requirements into technical reporting specifications.

• Support the HR helpdesk
  , resolving user issues in Dayforce and other HR systems.
• Assist with W-2, ACA, and Open Enrollment testing and documentation.
• Contribute to broader HRIS projects as needed.
