Overview
Our Talent Management & Corporate HR Analyst is a highly capable problem solver and operator who drives the delivery of core talent processes and enterprise HR initiatives. In this role, you will independently lead complex analyses, shape practical solutions, and partner with senior leaders to translate talent strategy into execution. You will operate with strong judgment in ambiguous environments, balancing strategic intent with operational realities while influencing outcomes across the organization.

This role serves as a flexible, hands-on contributor, acting as a force multiplier for priority HR, OD, and talent planning initiatives. The individual will work closely with the Talent Management team to move work forward through analysis, program support, and disciplined execution.
- Strategic HR Consulting:
Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams addressing complex talent, organizational development, and workforce planning challenges that directly enable business strategy execution. Independently frame problems, apply analytical judgment, and develop practical, scalable solutions while balancing strategic intent with operational realities. - HR Project & Product Management:
Lead project management for priority talent initiatives, owning delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Proactively surface tradeoffs, resolve obstacles, and ensure disciplined execution in partnership with senior HR leaders. Partner with our talent leaders as they “go to market” with new talent products, leveraging product management frameworks. - Data Analysis & Decision Support:
Lead rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis across talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational data translating complex information into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement. Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality. - C-Suite Deliverable Support:
Partner with senior HR and enterprise leaders to develop executive-ready materials and analyses for C-suite and high-visibility forums, synthesizing complex data and inputs into clear narratives that influence decisions and align talent strategies with business priorities.
This opportunity could be for you if:
- You have 5+ years of related experience in HR, Talent, or Workforce Transformation Consulting.
- You have demonstrated ability to manage and deliver cross-functional projects on time and with precision.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can provide data-driven recommendations.
- You are a clear and confident communicator, capable of preparing polished materials for senior leaders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
- You handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- You have a strong work ethic, a low ego, and a desire to grow.
- Experience in or with matrixed, global organizations.
- Proficiency with Oracle HCM, Excel, Power BI, Miro, and Smartsheet.
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, HR, or a related field preferred.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range:
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 91,700.
