Vice President of HR
Description

  • This executive level role performs duties associated with some or all of the different functional HR areas, including; talent acquisition, employee relations, talent and development, benefits, compensation, payroll, analytics and reporting, process improvement, cross-functional projects, performance management, and HRIS.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluates procedures and technology solutions to improve human resource data management.
  • Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
  • Researches and selects HR Technology models in order to improve the overall operation of the talent acquisition and development functions within the Company.
  • Supports the development of the Technology & Enterprise Architecture Strategy as it relates to the support and enablement of technology roadmap and alignment with the Corporate, Enterprise & Segment Strategies & Annual Plans.
  • Directs the procurement and delivery of a variety of corporate services, to include managing existing tasks, continuously striving to improve processes and delivery, and evaluating existing and new service delivery opportunities.
  • Directs the HR team to identify new sources for services, bidding, negotiations and contracts, to ensure the highest possible total value and quality levels.
  • Development of all HR and employment related functions including, but not limited to; developing and integrating company policies and procedures, employee relations, benefits and open enrollment, employee training and development, payroll, recruitment/talent management compensation, performance management, and HRIS.
  • Directs the HR team to resolve issues and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Leverages technology to solve business problems.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • MBA in Information Systems preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' HR experience.
  • Executive experience sitting at a corporate office.
  • MUST have Restaurant or Retail experience.
