Position: (V.I.E USA) HR Generalist/Talent & People Operations (H/F) - Raleigh, North Carolina

Contract Type: VIE (International Corporate Volunteering)

Your Mission

As an HR Generalist on a VIE assignment, you will be at the heart of HR operations, supporting the development of our U.S. entity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR Administration: managing contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining HR records.
  • Payroll & Benefits: coordinating with local providers, monitoring benefits, and ensuring compliance.
  • People Operations & Compliance: applying U.S. and local regulations, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Employee Support: responding to HR-related questions, providing daily support, internal communication.
  • International

    Collaboration:

    working closely with HR teams in Europe.
Qualifications
  • Degree: Master’s in Human Resources, Labor Law, Management, or equivalent.
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of HR fundamentals (contracts, payroll, benefits).
  • Strong organization, rigor, and service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
Conditions
  • Eligible for the VIE program (Business France).
  • Compensation according to VIE scale.
  • On-site position, with occasional travel to Boston & Raleigh.
