Human Resources Generalist
We’re seeking a reliable, accurate, and people‑focused HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with UKG Pro and UTM (Ultimate Time Management) and a strong understanding of HR operations including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit documentation, systems access, and final pay processes
- Support and help deliver employee training programs, including HR compliance training, new manager orientation, and other development initiatives
- Support performance review processes, training programs, and HR policy administration
- Maintain accurate employee data and records within UKG Pro and UTM, ensuring system integrity and timely updates
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries
- Assist with employee relations by documenting issues, preparing communications, and supporting investigations under HR leadership direction
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards using UKG Pro, UTM, and Excel
- Participate in HR audits, compliance initiatives, and other special projects as assigned
- Collaborate with other HR team members to provide seamless support and maintain cross‑functional HR knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
- 2–5 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related role
- Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro and UTM (Ultimate Time Management) preferred
- Working knowledge of federal and North Carolina employment laws
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- PHR or SHRM‑CP certification preferred, not required
