Overview

Executive Recruiter - servicing Raleigh and surrounding areas. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter for a contract role with one of our financial services clients. This position is 100% onsite in Raleigh, NC
, offering the opportunity to work closely with a high-performing HR team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate roles across departments such as operations, finance, and compliance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate feedback, and facilitate the offer process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting in the financial services industry is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
• Contract Role: Duration approximately 3 months with potential for extension
• Work Environment: This role is 100% onsite in Raleigh, NC – candidates must be local or willing to commute daily
