Your MissionAs an HR Generalist on a VIE assignment, you will be at the heart of HR operations, supporting the development of our U.S. entity. Your responsibilities will include:
- HR Administration: managing contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining HR records.
- Payroll & Benefits: coordinating with local providers, monitoring benefits, and ensuring compliance.
- People Operations & Compliance: applying U.S. and local regulations, ensuring legal compliance.
- Employee Support: responding to HR-related questions, providing daily support, internal communication.
- International
Collaboration:
working closely with HR teams in Europe.
- Degree: Master’s in Human Resources, Labor Law, Management, or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of HR fundamentals (contracts, payroll, benefits).
- Strong organization, rigor, and service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
- Eligible for the VIE program (Business France).
- Compensation according to VIE scale.
- On-site position, with occasional travel to Boston & Raleigh.
- Be part of an international team expanding in the U.S. market.
- Quickly develop skills in multicultural and transnational HR challenges.
- Contribute directly to the company’s growth and employee support in the U.S.
