* ** Calculator*** ## Basic knowledge in the interpretation and application of federal laws and State HR laws, policies and practices governing HR.* ## Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; to express ideas clearly and concisely; to exercise good judgment in analyzing situations and making recommendations and/or decisions within delegated level of authority.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* ## Implementing and updating position data changes, resolving complex pay and funding issues, conducting detailed audits, and processing retirement payouts.* ## Provide comprehensive administrative support and act as a subject matter expert for compensation policies and procedures.* ## Utilize advanced skills in keying personnel actions, compliance auditing, compensation analysis, and process improvement to ensure legal compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
* ## Collaborate with HR staff, department leaders, and external partners to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals and support employee satisfaction
