Regional Account Manager

Nutrition that Works, LLC offers an exciting opportunity with a broad range of responsibilities, including recruiting duties. The position involves working with the team to understand recruitment and retention needs for all positions. The overall goal is to increase the number of dietitians hired, lead HR processes, and participate in sales and office management duties. We seek a well-organized, energetic individual to handle daily operations efficiently with strong time management skills.

  • Recruit, screen resumes, interview, and select talent with the required knowledge and experience to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts.
  • Advertise job openings on various job boards, social media, and specialized networks.
  • Proactively search for candidates using social media and networking resources.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Develop and track performance benchmarks for recruiting.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and processes in accordance with EEOC, Federal, and State laws.
  • Participate in trade associations, networking, and recruiting events.
  • Coordinate schedules for management pre-interviews and formal interviews.
  • Manage new hire onboarding processes and organize credentialing information.
  • Update and advertise job postings on the company website.
  • Manage contractors’ schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Key Competencies
  • Proven leadership skills—recruiting and/or HR experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a 4-year college degree is required.
  • Problem analysis and assessment capabilities.
  • Sound decision-making skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the dietetic profession.
  • Recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% throughout the United States as necessary.
