We’re currently building our bartending team for the 2026 season and are looking for experienced, hospitality-driven bartenders who thrive in elevated event environments and take pride in delivering a warm, polished guest experience.

Bartenders at The Bradford play a key role in delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience during weddings, galas, and special events. Working under the direction of the Bar Lead, bartenders support bar setup, service, cleanliness, and breakdown while upholding our hospitality standards at all times.
This role is ideal for professionals who are calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and take pride in providing warm, polished service in a fast-paced event environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with bar setup prior to guest arrival, including tools, garnishes, mixers, and inventory
- Provide professional, efficient, and guest-centered beverage service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar throughout the event
- Follow all bar service guidelines, timelines, and event instructions
- Support inventory awareness and restocking as needed
- Assist with bar breakdown and closing procedures following events
- Maintain a polished, professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Interact respectfully with guests, planners, vendors, and fellow staff
- Follow all alcohol service, conduct, and safety policies
- Previous bartending or food & beverage experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Weekend availability required
- $30/hour
- Typical shifts range from 7–8 hours
