- Always provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients.
- Respond quickly, professionally, and clearly to all internal partners and external customers; communicate in a manner representative of Concord Hospitality via all channels.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, proactive planning, and organizational attention to detail.
- Satisfactorily maintain existing assigned accounts/segments and develop new business for the hotel.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details: track, detail, and communicate room blocks, meeting space, concessions, group history and other reports, cut-off dates, contract clauses, group resumes, event orders and BEOs, billing details, and other integral aspects of groups and events.
- Attend customer functions as needed.
- Set up and work banquet events as needed for larger events or in the absence of the Coordinator.
- Forecast group rooms and F&B revenues with internal and external partners; understand strategies to maximize released space and hotel revenues.
- Gain knowledge of hotel food and beverage products, pricing, and presentation; learn about function space, audiovisual, and related event details.
- Consistently attain sales activity goals and individual revenue goals, including calls, tours, and appointments as outlined by Concord, your RVPSM, and supervisor.
- Learn and use digital sales systems and sales processes; understand and execute the hotel’s sales strategies and tools to achieve individual and team goals.
- Prepare for and participate in internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and other required communications.
- Foster teamwork and an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve hotel and team goals.
- Own career development and pursue training opportunities to grow talents, skills, creativity, and professional development.
- Carry out reasonable requests by Management and comply with company policies and procedures.
Salary Range OEM $50k-$53k based on experience
