Embassy Raleigh Crabtree is searching for a part-time Night Auditor (11pm-7am) to join our dynamic team. Compensation is based on experience with a wage range of $17-$19. A valid North Carolina driver’s license is required.

Essential Job Functions:
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly, sincere welcome. Maintain eye contact and use a positive, clear speaking voice.
- Employ operational and selling techniques to maximize occupancy levels and achieve the highest average rate possible.
- Maintain cash bank per accounting guidelines and comply with all accounting procedures.
- Maintain effective communication within Front Office and related departments, and stay aware of front office issues.
- Adhere to safety, security and emergency procedures and conduct weekly inventory of guest room keys.
- Understand and operate front office telephone, computer systems, and equipment such as a ten key adding machine and facsimile machines.
- Promptly complete registration process, input and retrieve information from the computer, and close out guest accounts at checkout.
- Full-time/Part-time hours available; must have open availability for the overnight shift (11pm-7am).
Experience/
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must speak, read, and understand English. Previous experience as Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent in a brand hotel, preferably Marriott.
