Bar Manager

Job Summary - The Bar Manager will oversee all aspects of the bar's and dining room's daily operations within a high-end, service-focused establishment. This position ensures the highest level of guest satifaction through exceptional food and beverage service, staff leadership and a refined understanding of mixology, spirits and hospitality. The Bar Manager will maintain operational excellence, profitablility and a culture of professionalism and creativity behind the bar.

• Oversee day to day bar and dining room operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to brand standards
• Lead, train and motivate bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences
• Develop, schedule and manage staff performance, fostering a positive and professional team culture
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and alcohol service standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and ambiance of the bar to luxury standards
• Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines and top-shelf spirits
• Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure product consistency and cost control
• Track inventory leels, order supplies and manage budget forecasts
• Ensure every guest receives attentive, knowledgeable and refined service
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, tact and discretion
• Engage personally with guests to build relationships

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management within a high-end, upscale or fine dining environment
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails and bar operation

• Polished, professional demeanor and impeccable guest presence
