• Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware and cookware, washing by hand and operating washing equipment safely and skillfully, including polishing stainless and silverware.
• Help maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces clean, emptying, washing, and returning trash bins when they exceed three‑quarters full, and keeping the wash area organized.
• Pitch in to help with special and deep‑cleaning projects; basic prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
