Strategic Context

Lilly s ongoing research and commercial efforts in Neuroscience present significant, growing opportunities. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a major unmet need;
Kisunla, born from decades of research, represents a breakthrough opportunity to treat AD early, slow progression, and help patients hold on to who they are for longer.

Our strategy focuses on public awareness of amyloid, urgent detection of AD among PCPs, referral to AD specialists, accelerating accurate diagnoses, initiating treatment, and creating a frictionless patient experience.

Position Description

The AD ecosystem requires smooth flow of patients, information, and product to drive urgency in detection, diagnosis, and treatment. The Territory Manager will drive complex brand strategies across the portfolio, creating urgency for patient care in multiple healthcare settings and specialties (e.g., Neurologist, Primary Care, and healthcare systems). The role collaborates across Medical, Payer and Field Reimbursement teams and works to influence systems of care and referral networks.

  • Significant account management and sales experience
  • Promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems
  • Optimize a data-driven approach and other technologies to accelerate reach and scale and drive business results
  • Support infusion and infusion monitoring experiences by training and equipping stakeholders to infuse products safely and effectively
  • Help build a healthy AD care ecosystem by identifying and influencing referral networks across stakeholders and health systems
  • Drive consistent ways of working within the regional healthcare market to meet customer needs

Accelerate and Deliver

  • Leverage account management to understand patient, product, and monetary flows when a patient is referred for advanced AD diagnostic testing or an infusion
  • Determine needs, expectations, and pain points for HCPs, patients, and care settings in the local territory
  • Deliver leading business results through execution, ownership, and technology to accelerate reach and scale
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional certification or license required to perform in this position if required by a specific state
  • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship for this role
Additional Preferences
  • Strong preference for at least three years in a field-facing role or related experience (e.g., institutional healthcare account management)
  • Live inside geography or within 30 miles of geography boundaries
  • Proficiency in local dialects
  • Proven top performance in account-based selling
  • Experience in Alzheimer’s disease, Diagnostics, Neuroscience/Neurology, or related fields
  • Clinical background in AD or diagnostics space
