- As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of children and families affected by Autism while contributing to a broader vision of coordinated, family-centered care.
- Collaborate closely with families, clinicians, and leadership to deliver meaningful, evidence-based outcomes.
- This BCBA team works together to improve continuity of care and elevate the standard of Autism services in our community.
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with at least three years of experience and a passion for advancing both clinical excellence and team development.
- Our service schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with occasional Saturday hours, supporting consistency while allowing flexibility across service settings.
- We are looking for a BCBA who values collaboration, leadership, and long-term impact.
- Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
